Christ with Children Window
 

Here we see our Savior, adorned by a nimbus (halo) containing a cross, interacting with children.  One is offering a basket of flowers (possibly sunflowers as would befit the Sun of Righteousness of Malachi 4:2), another (a possible allusion to the shepherd boy David) is carrying a lamb (a reference to the “Lamb of God” and/or Christ the Good Shepherd of John 10), and the third appears to offer nothing but himself.  The Scripture quotation comes from the King James Version of Matthew 19:14.  A modern translation is “Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.”
