Flame Window
 

Flames in the Bible can be destructive, constructive, or a mysterious instance of God’s Presence.  Christians often associate flames with Pentecost, but this window also suggests a dove coming from heaven, another symbol of the Holy Spirit made manifest at the Baptism of Jesus: “the Holy Spirit descended upon him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven, “You are my Son, the Beloved; with you I am well pleased” (Luke 3:22).
