Great War Commemoration

This plaque lists the names of the sons of All Saints who served in the First World War.  Included among the symbols adorning the plaque are a Chi Rho, a Latin cross, a Petrine cross (inverted Latin cross, referring to tradition’s depiction of the death of St. Peter), the Hand of God, a descending dove, and palm leaves (a symbol of the triumphal entry of Christ into Jerusalem).
